I am deleting Instagram because

- Today I searched a certain product on my phone browser. Later that day I opened my instagram, the product appeared on my feed. So they tapped into my browser history? I thought instagram was different. I did encounter this problem when I had facebook.
- I can’t trust Facebook-controlled companies anymore. Too many breach of data and leaks, especially since the Cambridge Analytics revelation. I deleted my Facebook around two months ago.
- I can’t even see the posts of my friends who I cared about anymore. It is so hard to get their post. Instagram did a change on the feed, it is not by timeline anymore but by popularity. I counted that every 5th post is a sponsored ad post.
- Maybe it will be better because then I could actually write more. Most of the times I am too lazy to actually write cause I already posted it on instagram.
